Osteopaths can help with a multitude of musculoskeletal issues, ranging from back and spinal injuries, wrist injuries, migraines. Our highly qualified and skilled team of Osteopaths have extensive exerperience in treating cleints with these conditions and also have neurodivergencies themselves. Our practitioners neurodivergencies range from Autism Spectrum Disorder to Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Complex PTSD. Using the most up to date and evidence based practices, our practitioners are highly skilled and trained to examine, diagnose and create treatment plans based upon each individual presentation.

Osteopathy is a hands on manual therapy that incorporates a holistic system of healthcare - we communicate and collaborate with other allied health practitioners to create the best outcomes for our clients. We are a client centred model of healthcare that follows AHPRA and NDIS guidelines, as well as following TAC, WorkCover, WorkSafe and Private Health insurance guidelines.

  • From taking a detailed clinical history and getting to know you as a person, finding out what makes you, you, we then perform a thorough musculoskeletal examination to determine the root cause of your problem. The techniques we use for treatment include:

    • Soft tissue massage

    • Stretching and muscle energy techniques

    • Mobilisation or articulation of joints

    • Manipulation

    • Intramuscular dry needling

    • Home exercise prescription and advice 

    Our Osteopaths will listen to what is important to you, and what your expectations from treatment are and will do everything they can to get you back on track and having fun with life.

  • With our excellent community referral networks including GPs, sports doctors, orthopaedic surgeons, podiatrists, physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, if we believe that Osteopathy will not help your condition then we will help you to arrange the necessary level of care for you, and will continue to check in with you, as our care continues, even after you have walked out of the clinic.

  • Please bring with you any relevant x-rays, MRIs, CTs or other imaging. If you have been given a home exercise program from another therapist it may also be helpful to know what they have prescribed, so that we can work in conjunction with them.​ Please wear comfortable clothes, we will be!
